MILITARY PAROLE IN PLACE (PIP)
Parole in Place may allow certain family members of U.S. military service members, veterans, or reservists to remain in the United States and potentially pursue permanent residence without leaving the country.
This option may be available to spouses, parents, and children of eligible military personnel.

We assist with:
• Determining eligibility for Military Parole in Place
• Preparing and submitting the application
• Reviewing immigration history
• Evaluating eligibility for adjustment of status after approval
We commonly assist families where:
• A spouse entered without inspection but is married to a U.S. service member
• A parent of a service member is seeking immigration relief
• A family member may qualify to apply for a green card after PIP approval
Military-related immigration benefits require careful review and proper documentation. Each case is evaluated individually before proceeding.
