(Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals)
Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals provides temporary protection from removal and work authorization for certain individuals who came to the United States as children and meet specific eligibility requirements.
Although DACA does not provide permanent residence, it can offer temporary stability and the ability to work legally.
At this time we are helping existing DACA holders renew their status but the government is not taking new applications.
We assist with:

• Employment authorization applications
• Advance parole requests when available
