FAMILY PREFERENCE CATEGORIES
These categories are subject to annual visa limits and priority date waiting periods.

Lawful permanent residents may petition for their spouse and certain unmarried children.
Because these categories are subject to visa limits, timing and priority dates are important.
We assist with:
• Petition filing
• Monitoring visa availability
• Case preparation once a visa becomes available
• Interview preparation
